How to request a refund

Include your order details
Send your full name, order number, the team edition you purchased, and a short note on the issue. Include photos if it arrived damaged.

Allow up to 24 hours
Our team reviews your request and replies with return or refund instructions, usually within 24 hours.
Please contact us before returning or shipping an item. Refund eligibility is reviewed under our 30-day return policy, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
